Changed your mind? No problem!

We really hope you love our products but if you do change your mind (don’t worry we’ve all made those 3am purchases) you have 14 days to cancel and return your order to us for a full refund, no questions asked. The 14-day period starts following delivery of your order or receipt as acknowledged by someone on your behalf (such as your neighbour accepting delivery of your parcel when you are out). 

If you wish to cancel and return your order you must first let us know by sending us an email at with your order details and your contact email address. Once we have approved your return we will provide you with address details to return your order. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Any products returned to us within the 14-day period must be unused, unopened and undamaged for us to issue your refund.

Please don’t send us back soggy shampoo bars, we have lots of our own.

If you received your order and it’s incorrect or damaged…

Oh no, we’re so sorry! Our mailing boxes have been rigorously tested and we take great care to pack our orders carefully so that they arrive with you in great condition. If you do receive an order which is incorrect or damaged please let us know by sending us an email at with your order details, description of the defect and attach some photographs if you can (so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again!). We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement to you as quickly as possible. Please note that the delivery time for your replacement may vary depending on where you live.
